Our goal is to help you decide if mobile/manufactured home park living is for you. We offer a variety of homes in a large area for different age groups of people. If you chose to purchase a home in any park it is required by law that you go through the process of being 'Park approved'. The park will take care of this process. There are rules and regulations that you will be given to help you to be informed of what is expected of you and what you can expect from your park management team. It is a very simple qualifying process, so that you may enjoy your new home well informed.

Any home you chose to purchase should be inspected so that you are fully aware of the condition of the home that you are purchasing. A full home inspection and/or termite inspection is the responsibility of the buyer.

We can offer assistance in purchasing a single-wide, double-wide, or triple-wide, in either a Senior Park or an All-Age Park. Prices range from about $10,000.-$260,000. The lesser range starts with fixer-uppers to the higher end with manufactured newer homes with garages. Space rent varies from space to space, but the average is $450.00-$650.00, plus utilities.
